Call Centre Advisor - 6-Month Contract

Working remotely from home you will join a team that is key in the fight against Covid 19 and helping to keep Hampshire Safe

Working as part of the Adult Health & Care Department duties include:

* Calling members of the public who have tested positive for Covid 19

* Assisting with Covid 19 advice, information, and support

* Answering the support line where general enquiries will come in

* Updating the database with information

* Sending emails

It is essential that you have previous phone-based customer service experience, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with sensitive situations. This is a role where you will need to be empathetic and be able to handle people with a calm approach. You will also be IT literate with excellent keyboard skills.

3-4 days of solid training will take place so no prior experience in Covid 19 advice is required.

A laptop and phone will be provided, and the role will be circa 6 months
